The Commission is composed of five members representing Lake Michigan, Lake Superior, the Mississippi River, Lake Winnebago Watershed, and Wisconsin’s inland waters. The Commission reviews the project applications, establishes project feasibility, determines the priority of projects, and determines the rate of cost sharing for projects.
