Sign up underway for preschool program

A preschool program that provides free preschool education in the Milwaukee area is signing up new students. The Head Start, coordinated by the Social Development Commission (SDC), is now recruiting three, four and five year old children from income eligible families in Milwaukee County. The nationally recognized preschool program prepares children for elementary school with a blend of academic and social skill preparation, dental and health screenings, and parental participation.
