County Supervisor Johnny Thomas joined in welcoming Vice President Joe Biden on his recent visit to Milwaukee. Biden was here to participate on Oct. 15 for the Wisconsin Victory Fund, held at The Wisconsin Club. The fundraiser was also authorized by Kagan 4 Congress and Julie Lassa for Congress.
