The Dinner pt 3 – go to my website to find out what happens to her and him. Please forgive me, this week starts a new inspiration of what God wants me to address.
What if I told you that what all pastors who have been using any translation other than the King James or older translation of the Holy Bible are teaching you is confusion, which brings the Devil in your life to stay? Enslaved to the idea of truth but never having the true power of God in your hands to use it as a servant of God. Pain in your life and never having the peace of God, yes, His love, but no peace when it comes to your purpose in life.
Wrong Name: This is the first step of learning the Kingdom of God… all things living, have a spirit that is of and comes from God. From the angels of God to Satan who is an angel who fell from God; all are spirits. We who are living have a spirit and that spirit of ours will be judged because God created us to dress and keep this world.
The Holy Ghost: Luke 12:10 ( KJV ) 10 And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.
There is a difference between the Holy Ghost and the Spirit. When you start calling the Holy Ghost by any other name, you are insulting them. I say “them” because in the upper room they all received the gift from God; therefore, the number of them is unknown, more on that later…
To call the Holy Ghost the Spirit or Holy Spirit is not only insulting them, but you are not calling on them in the first place. If your name is Sam but everyone calls you Tom how would you feel? I bet you did not even know when you are not calling the Holy Ghost by its true name you are truly blaspheming against him; therefore, the blood of Jesus would not save you from your punishment. Meaning in judgment you can go to the Lake of Fire.
What is the Holy Ghost? John 14:26 ( KJV ) 26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
John states the Holy Ghost is a teacher. What are they to teach you? All things! This means to you, the followers of Christ, in all things within your Spiritual walk the Holy Ghost is to teach you that path. Not to grow you, but to teach you once you get to that, Spiritual level. There are also so many of you walking around thinking the power is from the Holy Ghost, it is not. The power is within you. God has given you dominion, it is the Holy Ghost who will teach you how use that power so you can be the servants of God.
What is the Spirit? Revelation 1:4 ( KJV ) 4 John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne;
When it comes to the Spirits, again, I am not referring to the fact God and all that He created has a spirit. Within Revelation 1:4 the seven Spirits that stand before God, all have a names:
Isaiah 11:1-2 ( KJV ) 1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: 2And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;
- Spirit of the Lord,
- Spirit of Wisdom,
- Spirit of Understanding,
- Spirit of Counsel,
- Spirit of Might,
- Spirit of Knowledge,
- Spirit of Fear of the Lord.
Each of the seven Spirits has their purpose, which is to give out God’s gifts onto us.
For example, if you read Isaiah 11 you will come to an understanding that Isaiah is talking about Jesus. Therefore, if this is the case, then this explains why Jesus was born of the Holy Ghost…
Matthew 1:18 ( KJV ) 18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.
If the Spirits possess the gifts (more on this later) of God and Jesus is the one who possesses all the gifts of God, then the Holy Ghost is the one who taught Jesus the gifts since he was in Mary’s womb. To understand this is the beginning of the true understanding of the Holy Ghost and the Spirits—of God’s Kingdom. It is the beginning of power as a follower of Christ.
Next week: Answering the question, “What is the requirement of receiving the Holy Ghost?”
