Common Council President Ald.Willie Hines, Jr., Ald. Ashanti Hamilton, Sen. Lena Taylor, Cong. Gwen Moore, Ald. Willie Wade and State Rep. Annette Polly Williams joined the Atkinson, Capitol, Teutonia (ACT) Business Improvement District as they celebrated the recent happenings of the group and honored the Perkins Family for their more than 42 years of contributions to the neighborhood. Will Perkins, Sr. and his wife Mildred were honored by ACT Business Improvement District for the Perkins Family for their more than 42 years of contributions to the neighborhood.
