The breath that we breathe, is it ours? If a body is filled with the Spirit of God, then what does the Spirit need with air? We walk around, seeing pain, sorrow, and happiness and we tend to think, “This is life.” While babies are having babies as a result of giving themselves to someone just to have even the fake kind of love. Mothers are turning from their children for a job, or a man while still living within the ghettos of her mind and life. The men never grow up becoming true, Godly men. It is a shame how we as leaders stand by and see the poor be the modern day “Slaves,” just doing nothing because some of you have sold your soul to the devil instead of giving up the breath that is not even yours to help the masses of our people.
We have the organizations that do great things but in those who offer, their hands are too full of the hurting and crying and too little in size. Therefore, an unfortunate woman closes her eyes and reaches her hands to the sky in a cry that comes from the pain. She cries out to our creator of Heaven and Earth, God, and when she opens her eyes all she sees is the lack of power within her home, her neighborhood, her life, and her church. Still she and the rest try to believe.
We the masses of the church say “I love you” to Him with pain, and the hope of Him returning the Love and rescuing our lives from this bondage called “slavery.” The big businesses love us by playing the guilt trip on the poor to buy things on Valentine’s Day or Thanksgiving, that is supposed to be everyday, loving one another, yet they soak the life out of our people until they die off the very last cent. Is it more a shame that those days are more welcomed, than to give, or show love to your neighbor every day.
Let me help you help others… Matthew 18:19-20 (KJV) 19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. 20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
Jesus is speaking to the disciples and in this alone we can say in all things as long as we agree, God would bless us. The problem with this is 2 things:
- God gave us the dominion: Genesis 1:26 ( KJV ) 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, (and) over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. God gave us the responsibility to have authority on this earth.
- Works: James 2:17 (KJV) 17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. We are Spiritual and physical. Therefore, we must do the physical works while our faith is built up spiritually.
The masses of the churches have been separating themselves from the very ones we are to be helping. How can you take comfort in calling yourself a Christian if you truly are not following Jesus by healing the masses of the poor, the fatherless, the widowed, and our people? Prayer is good to do, now it is time to start working. It is time to start getting “your hands dirty” for the Lord.
Go to my website and see what I am doing. We all have different gifts, let us start using them outside of the church and onto the “rocks” called earth as Jesus said his church will be built on.
Matthew 16:18-19 (KJV) 18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. 19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
