The bible said Jesus is the head. If Jesus is truly the head, then what are His hands doing?
Anyone can walk down the streets of old and see a “church” almost on every corner. When I walk, right away I wonder is this the picture Jesus was trying to paint? Then there are so many mega churches that are run by the “board” and not the Ordained Pastor, which fails to meet the needs of the community and even the pastor himself is not led by God, in some cases their “truths” are not even scripturally based.
Many of the “churches” who confess Jesus are not painting a picture of Jesus being the head. To the poor and shut-in there is no evidence of power for them to see, so they ask “why do they need to go to church?” So instead they use the church for handouts. Many of our “churches” are tucked away in the corners of buildings and board members, instead of walking the streets healing, prophesying, feeding the poor, and sheltering them.
Now please do not get me wrong, we have many great outside organizations that help by using all their resources for our people. However, for the “churches” where is the Godly power?
My problem is not with the “churches,” God will judge each of them. My problem is, if there is a “church” on every corner and we have mega “churches” and they call on the name of Jesus, then within those “churches” where is the power of Jesus to help our people who are struggling? Where is the example of Jesus? Not just the preaching of, but also the example of Jesus, where is it? The power where death is faced right in our backyard and the majority of Christians run from them. These Christians run from them because they think they are now better than those from where they once came.
The majority of churches nowadays really do not care about anyone; except those who can pass the test of membership. What “churches” are looking for nowadays is money, status, and keeping up with the “Joneses” while it seems they are paying their dues–not realizing they are not holding to the standard of Jesus because they paid their dues with money.
Who is feeding the thousands, healing the thousands, and building disciples by the thousands? Instead, we have “churches” on every corner with no power. We have mega “churches” where Jesus is too high to reach, and we have our people with no hope of a future, and falling within the system of a government that doesn’t care for them anyway.
To give you an example of what I am talking about: I have seen a couple walk into a “church” and told that this “church” might not be for them–is this the picture Jesus was trying to paint? This is a church built with the idea that what they are doing is of God’s word. My Jesus never turned away anyone; so how is it, “churches” could pick and choose the people who stay? And then, while leaching money from them who do stay, the “church” leaves their members not even knowing the basics of the 10 commandments and of judgments, let alone the knowledge of the Kingdom of God, which in turn shows no power within the majority of our Christian brothers and sisters leaving the outsiders looking at our brothers and sisters as being powerless and pimped by the “church.”
Matthew 18:5-6 ( KJV ) 5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me. 6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
The question is, how many “churches” offend our people? Getting them saved is one thing, but without the understanding of the judgment that will come is another. To offend the children of God is to say you are Christians but with no power, and the way “churches” are set up you offend those who want to believe and they receive no spiritual healing which brings judgment unto those churches.
While there are those who are supposed to be, the image of Jesus, they show us a picture of Satan and not even know it. To the followers of those who are within those “churches” and who know it is not being scripturally run, they’re going along just to get along while our people are still hungry and in death which brings judgment unto everyone.
The time has come for change and the knowledge must be taught to those who are tired of playing church. If God were to send Jesus right now, I can’t tell you how so many people will come to Jesus confessing to Him how He is Lord. I see so clearly that Jesus will say to them, I know you not. Without knowing, it is the preacher who is to teach you the truth and if they don’t teach you the truth then you could be judged. Yes that is right. Jesus saves, but there still is a judgment onto you.
I have a lecture for all to come and sit in to learn what the truth is. I have come to understand that slavery is not a physical state, but a mental state. As the Israelites were leaving Egypt – slavery to freedom – even though the location changed, they were still holding on to their slavery mentality — to that which kept them from being free. Therefore, to renew one’s mind is key to freedom.
The misconception is to believe that religion will save you from Satan. Satan does not care about religion. He will steal, kill, and destroy anyone who lets him. So, the battle is still about freeing people’s minds in how to battle off Satan who wants to keep everyone in slavery, away from knowing who they are in God.
The season that God has called me to be in is to free His people’s minds.
