- Six newly elected commissioners have joined the Board of the Social Development Commission. The six were sworn in prior to the agency’s April meeting. They were elected to the low-income representative positions on the board in an April 6 election. They will serve three year terms on the SDC Board helping draw up and implement policy. Representing SDC’s District 1 will be Kristina McHenry, District 2 rep is Virgie Wynn, District 3 is represented by Gail Winston, Karlton Jones is the new District 4 rep, Barbara Patterson will hold the seat for District 5 and District 6 will be represented by Bruce Bultman.
