The Gilbert Brown Foundation held its 6th Annual Football Camp this year at the North Division Campus recently. This 3-day event takes place each year during the second week of July, and it recruits youngsters from the age of 7 years-old to 17 years-old. This year a grand total of 400 young people participated in the camp, which runs from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. The youth exercise, play football, and learn team building skills over the three days. Gilbert Brown (pictured in photo on the left) is a former Green Bay Packer. There are three meals provided breakfast, lunch and dinner, and at the end of the three day camp, a Superbowl is played, and awards are given out.
