Part 2, is to know who you are, not only as Jesus did what he did, but in and to God. I know what I sound like to the masses of the religion liars, but here is the truth…
1 Corinthians 12:4-6 ( KJV ) 4Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. 6And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.
We know that there are different administrations within the Kingdom of God, but when it comes to Jesus, there are only two. It is within these two where it is broken down.
The two are:
Revelation 1:5-6 ( KJV ) 5And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, 6And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
Kings are looked upon as Job, or Boaz, or as Solomon: where their physical is equal to their spiritual. All rich within what God blessed them in. A king has either a business or skills like Bezaleel. Bezaleel had the skills of cutting stone, carving timber, workings of silver and gold (Ex 31:1-5). All of these men knew God very directly but equally they lived according to their God. A king should be considered someone who knows God and keeps God’s commandments and laws—all that apply within the first 5 books of the bible.
A priest, on the other hand, is someone who works – everyone needs to work – but “works” for Jesus as Jesus. The priest is broken down to different classes. They are considered: Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Teachers, and Preachers. A priest is someone who God is leading to hold the standards of Jesus. For example:
Luke 14:26-27 ( KJV ) 26If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. 27And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.
A “disciple” is a “Christian.” What about this one…
Matthew 16:24-25 ( KJV ) 24Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. 25For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.
Or this one…
1 Corinthians 1:17-18 ( KJV) 17For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect. 18For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
Please understand this… Either you are a priest or you are a king. I know that there are some kings that should not be priests. I also know that there are some kings that do not go to church because the preacher makes them feel that they should be as priests. Priests please STOP making everyone feel they need to be like you! If you are a king or if you are a priest – it DOES NOT MATTER. All sinners have to go through Jesus blood, and then all are presented unto God.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re a king or a priest vice versa God has given us commandments and laws to live as His children on this Earth. The priest is the one who has a higher standard of Jesus. That standard is what makes you a “Christian,” not your belief. If you are a king then you turn from being a sinner through the blood of Jesus unto being “righteous.” Jesus stated that he did not come for righteous but for sinners. Priests you are to seek after the sinners (those who know not God’s words and laws) and like Jesus, use your gifts to spread the word to the outer most part of the Earth. But, if you don’t even know God’s commandments and laws, then what are you really doing?
Kings and priests are not different!!! We all are God’s children. Kings be righteous as God leads you. Priest save those who are lost. Again, I say we all are the same children of God, we just have different administrations. Jesus is the mediator between God and us.
Last week showed the teachings of the gifts given to us. This week should show us the administration we are under as God is the head of us all. Next week the teachings of the operation of “God which worketh all in all.” Until then, come join me at the Days Inn – 1840 N. 6th Street Milwaukee, WI every Saturday from 9-11am if you would like to learn how to know what God has called for you to do. No money needed. Come as you are.
Later look out for the course of “Kings being leaders”
Until next week…
