Milwaukee residents will be shoveling for a few days following the record breaking blizzard that hit Wisconsin and much of the Midwest on Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2011. This was not just a snow storm, by definition blizzards require high winds to stir up already fallen snow and they bring near whiteout conditions, and can paralyze regions which this one did do.
