The 44th Annual Legislative Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) was held September 24 -27, 2014 in Washington, DC, The conference them, It Starts With You. During the CBC conference the founder of Universal Companies and the President of the National Newspaper Publishers Association met to discuss the importance of the Black Press and the significance of the movement.
