MADISON – State Representative Jason M. Fields (D-Milwaukee) was selected by the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians (WAFP) as being a Friend of Family Medicine for his contributions during the 2011-12 legislative session.
The WAFP is committed to improving health care throughout Wisconsin and promoting healthier lives through the advancement of family medicine. The distinction of a 2012 WAFP Friend of Family Medicine is an award given to legislators that have reinforced this mission and illustrated legislative leadership in strengthening patient safety and improving health care delivery.
