State Rep. Leon D. Young will join neighbors at Pepp- Nation’s 1st annual sports leadership camps in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The event will be held on Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012 at the Juneau Playfield from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. PeppNation plans to work with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee, the Milwaukee County Parks and Milwaukee Recreation in sponsoring this event.
PeppNation (SLC) will provide a fun game-based introduction to non-contact rugby as a way to help promote students’ fitness, leadership, vocabulary development, discipline and athletic training with the mentoring by counselors in their later teens and early twenties. This structured program offers a comprehensive positive alternative summer activity for students ages 7-18.
