Potawatomi Bingo Casino will host a Food and Beverage Job Fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 31, and from 3 to 8 p.m. on Monday, April 2. The job fair is open to the public and will be held at Potawatomi Bingo Casino’s Woodland Dreams Ballroom, 1721 W. Canal Street.
The Casino will hire for more than 100 food and beverage positions, including cooks, dishwashers, bussers, hosts, servers, cocktail servers, bartenders and managers. Food and Beverage hiring managers will be on site to conduct interviews and may extend offers to qualified applicants. Those attending must be at least 18 years old and apply for positions in advance at www.paysbig.com/careers. Additionally, participants must bring a valid photo ID and Social Security Card.

Food and beverage operations include five restaurants, ranging from casual to up-scale dining, a food court, snack bars, a centrally-located bar, gaming floor beverage service, an employee dining room and a full-service catering department.
