Commercial Loan Officer Terrence Grady of Seaway Bank and Trust Company has graduated from the Future Leaders Alliance (FLA) Institute offered through the Illinois Bankers Association.
The 18-month FLA Institute is dedicated to enhancing the professional development of new and promising bank leaders through three primary components: education, community service and networking. The graduation commencement was held at the Hilton Lisle/Naperville on December 2nd.
Mr. Grady’s comprehensive training included personal assessment, extensive education sessions and local community service. The education sessions covered core topics such as Personality Assessment, Corporate Ethics, Leadership and Communication, Team Building, Sales Organization, Leadership Development, Financial Marketing and Branding, Corporate Governance, Conflict Resolution, Community Leadership and more.
