The special bond between a father and daughter was celebrated at the 11th Annual Daddy Daughter Dance.

The Daddy Daughter Dance was an annual event put on by the Milwaukee Recreation Department in partnership with the Milwaukee Fatherhood Initiative and the Social Development Commission.
One father Rodney Banks who has attended previous dances and attended this one with his six-year old daughter Olivia said the night was …
The family began arriving Friday afternoon at the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee Airport hotel. The meet and greet was spirited, filled with spontaneity and lots of hugs and kisses! The family assembled from 14 states for the reunion and from as far away as California and Florida.
The large hospitality room had round tables and the family was at ease table hopping and fellowshipping. To that atmosphere add in finger foods: chicken wings with sauces, meatballs, vegetables, cake and beverages and you have a great party.

Is there anything parents look forward to more than talking to their children about SEX? I mean, I don’t know about you, but when my 4 ½ son asks me where babies come from, I throw a party! “Bring it on,” I say. “What else do you want to know?” Actually, here’s what is more likely to happen:
My son: “Mommy—why can’t boys have babies?”
Me: Blank stare, lots of blinking, frantic search for his father— and then, I take a deep …
