Potawatomi Bingo Casino’s Expo Center reopens to the public

29 September 2012

Potawatomi Bingo Casino’s 35,000-square-foot Expo Center reopened recently following a $5 million renovation. The state-of-the-art Expo Center offers expansive space, modern amenities and boundless options to personalize any event.

Under renovation since May, the Expo Center features a new 5,000-square-foot prefunction space highlighted by sprawling windows providing a panoramic view of the Menomonee Valley and downtown Milwaukee. The main expo area accommodates 1,200 for dinner and 3,500 for cocktail receptions. Occupancy for the combined main expo and pre-function space is 4,500.

The renovation project also included the addition of a green room, two sets of restrooms, a Catering staging area with refrigeration and an improved audio/visual system. The modern décor incorporates nature subtly with earthtones and textures.

“The opening of the Expo Center is exciting because it widens our ability to host a variety of events from trade shows and vendor fairs to fashion shows, galas and more,” said Kaelyn Cervero, Sales and Catering Operations Manager. “We look forward to wowing guests with the all the possibilities of the new space.”

Catering at Potawatomi Bingo Casino features a talented culinary team, which pride themselves on quality, presentation and service. Combined with distinctive meeting space and a poised staff, the excitement of the Casino is sure to shape any event into something that won’t soon be forgotten.

The Expo Center is located on the third floor of the Casino, immediately off the skywalk.
