2011 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) invites qualified community agencies, organizations and interested parties to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to purchase human service programs in 2011. Funds are tentatively available for the purchase of services in the following DHHS Divisions: Behavioral Health, Disabilities Services, Delinquency and Court Services, Housing, and Management Services. Note that Disabilities Services residential programs are NOT part of this RFP process.

Application materials will only be available in electronic format. CD-ROMs may be picked up beginning Monday, July 19, 2010 at the Milwaukee County Marcia P. Coggs Human Services Center, Room 302, 1220 West Vliet Street, Milwaukee WI 53205. Materials may also be downloaded beginning July 19 from: http://county.milwaukeecounty.org/DHHS_bids

Two public meetings (pre-bid conferences) will be held to discuss the application guidelines. Dates and locations can be found in the RFP materials. In addition, a Technical Assistance Session has also been scheduled to assist applicants in completing proposals.

All applications for funding in response to this RFP must be received by the Department of Health and Human Services no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, September 3, 2010.
