Celebrating at Time Warner Cable’s Hang Tough Video Contest are the Wisconsin on Demand channel 411 “Viewer’s Choice” winners from Milwaukee Spanish Immersion School, Terrance Banyard, Claudia Osborn, and Alicia Hernandez with their teacher Ms. Toni Fink.
