Meta House Unveils New Mosaic Mural Artwork
2 April 2010

- Meta House is an internationally recognized drug and alcohol abuse treatment program that has been instrumental in helping many women and families pull their lives back together after battling addiction. Last week the center unveiled a new Mosaic mural. The mural which is the Meta House logo was made of thousands of different sized tiles by two-dozen women being treated at the center. Shown pictured above are: Nicole, Paulette, Ann Wydeven (the local artist who designed the mural), Ann, Gwen, and Alicia. This program was made possible through the Artists Working with Homeless Women project funded by the Greater Milwaukee Foundation. (Photo by Robert A. Bell)
