The Mitchell Park Domes, 524 S. Layton Boulevard, invites visitors to attend its Dare to Be Aware event, an Awareness and Inner Healing Fair, on Saturday, March 20 from 9 am to 5 pm.

Guests may explore products and services from local specialists that stimulate growth, joy and success through expressive arts, free demonstrations, holistic health, personal development and fitness along with workshops. Learn first hand secrets of acupuncture, herbs, nutrition, and massage therapy from the Orient. Gain insights on Yoga, T’ai Chi and Kung Fu. See a live belly dance performance at 3 pm. Take care of your body by choosing foods that are grown in harmony with nature.

The featured speaker is the Mary Group, along with Dr. Cotton of Awaken Higher Brain Living, Earth Angel Productions and Di Phillippi of Wellness Counseling Milwaukee who will present the Top 7 Natural Stress-Busters. CinnerG Systems will provide empowerment massage, Reiki, energy and vibrational healing. Paul Gardner will share a new use of light and frequency.
