The Winter Chill “Legacy” Affair was held on Saturday, Feb., 27 at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts. This is one of many events being held to help raise money for African World Festival. Congresswoman Gwen Moore (center) showed her support of the event along with hundreds of others.
